Mid Michigan Vascular Surgery is located in the Medical Arts Two building, 4701 Towne Centre Rd., Suite 202, Saginaw, MI 48604.

From the north, east, or south
Take I-675 and exit Tittabawassee Road. Go west 1/2 mile to Town Centre Road and turn left at the light (just past Uno’s). Turn right at Commerce Road. Medical Arts Two is at the far end. Park in front and take the elevator to the second floor.

From the west
Take Bay Road to Tittabawassee Road and go east about 1/2 mile past Fashion Square Mall. Turn right at Towne Centre Road (just before Uno’s). Then, turn right at Commerce Rd. Medical Arts Two is at the far end. Park in front and take the elevator to the second floor.
